Branding and Media Strategies

Whether seeking to generate interest in a cause, recruit help, sell products or simply make itself known, every organization needs to begin with a solid brand and a strategic media plan. Yet these two elements are often the most overlooked steps in an organization’s development and ministry. Monsoon seeks to assist Wycliffe and partner offices in the area with branding and marketing plans to help them maximize the impact they have on their audiences as they achieve their corporate goals.

How is it done?

Through a series of several meetings, Monsoon’s communication strategist can walk the organizational leadership through the branding process, assisting them in sharpening their focus on their purpose and goals as they identify the key elements of their brand, audiences and core messages.

Effective and efficient

From this brand concept, the communications strategist will work with the organization’s communications team to create a marketing plan that accomplishes the goals of the organization in the most effective and efficient manner.

Serves as a guide

A good marketing plan then serves as a guide for media development. With a solid marketing plan in place, only that media which serve the goals of the organization are developed. This focused communications strategy plan minimizes wasteful spending of both time and money, and maximizes the effectiveness of each media piece produced. It also allows for effective networking, as many media needs can be met through outside resources.

Monsoon understands the limitations of Wycliffe and partner offices in Asia and the Pacific, and constantly seeks to assist in finding or helping produce the best materials that meet the needs of each office with the least amount of strain on budget and manpower.
