Hello monsoonhub.org people.  I struggled for years on doing my PD by email one reason or another until I came across this—MaxBulk Mailer (there is a link on the image to their s) by Maxprog.

For US$59, you get this program. I debated before, but it was worth the investment. No more technical headache in my PD. I think the biggest thing is Maxprog email to your audience/recipient one at a time. They are not all BBCed, so their spam filter is less likely to kick in. (ofcourse there is no guarantee, because your email conent also may trigger their filter.) 

They should get 5 star on easy of use, and user friendly interface. It was very intuitive. I didn't need to read anything to start using it.

Address list import

It can import your list from Address Book, Apple Mail, Entourage, Eudora, PowerMail, remote database, plain text, etc...

Available for both Window & Mac!

I create a HTML webpage like THIS ONE , and send it to people.  But ofcourse you can just attach images to do the same too.
